Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions and are set out below.
Delivery
Most or our products are shipped within 1-3 business days. First Class and Priority mail.
Price/Payment
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Paypal using Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX.
Availability
All orders are accepted subject to availability. In the event that a product is discontinued or temporarily unavailable after you have submitted your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. You will have the choice of a full refund for the product or keeping it on backorder and shipped as soon as it becomes available. We will keep you informed of any special sales or new products that might be of interest to you.
Exchange/Returns
We currently offer exchanges on all of our items. No returns unless an item is damage which we will exchange at our cost. All items are inspected before leaving our warehouse.
For exchanges please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt. A email with an address code will be sent to you to put on the package so that we know who it came from. Items return with an address code from us means it will be return to you. The shipping department will not know who it came from.
